Betsey completed a two-year coaching program and certification through the Academy for Coaching Excellence, a program accredited by the International Coach Federation. Unlike therapy, coaching is goal-oriented and focused on making positive changes that affect the future. Betsey delights in helping her clients make meaningful changes in their personal and professional lives by setting and achieving attainable goals. With a commitment to education and skill development, Betsey is continually adding to her own skills inventory. Betsey is qualified to deliver and interpret the powerful Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI). A popular workplace program, MBTI helps individuals better understand their own personality traits in order to improve communications and job performance and build skills that last a lifetime. Clients that have benefited from Betsey’s unique coaching services include individuals, groups and non-profit organizations. Betsey has been active in several charitable organizations including Wonder, Inc., a group that provides children in foster care with adult mentors. A 30-year resident of Sacramento, Betsey serves clients from her office in downtown Sacramento. Betsey offers her clients the choice of in-person meetings in her office or coaching by phone.
